Overview
Noble Dragon is one of the oldest names in Chinese wine: Changyu first bottled it in 1931. It is made from Cabernet Gernischt, the grape Changyu brought to China in the late 19th century and which DNA analysis has shown to be Carmenère. Noble Dragon accounts for 80% of the Cabernet Gernischt harvested in Yantai and 70% of all Cabernet Gernischt in China.
