At what temperature, and how.
- 葡萄酒Wine
Much like European wine: whites and sparkling chilled, reds slightly cool.
- 白酒Baijiu
Neat, at room temperature, in small glasses, often poured from a 分酒器.
- 黄酒Rice Wine
At room temperature or gently warmed, in small cups or bowls.
- 啤酒Beer
Cold, in a glass or straight from the bottle.
- 烈酒Spirits
Neat or in cocktails, as you would a Western brandy, whisky or gin.
