The giant of Shaoxing
Zhejiang Guyue Longshan Shaoxing Wine Co. is China's largest producer and exporter of huangjiu. Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 1997, it makes Shaoxing wine in all its classic styles, from dry yuanhong to aged huadiao.
Many historic brands
Besides Guyue Longshan itself, the company owns several historic Shaoxing names, including Shen Yonghe, Nü'er Hong, Zhuangyuan Hong and Jianhu. Guyue Longshan has been served as the huangjiu of state banquets.
Tradition and technology
The company helped fund the China Yellow Wine Museum in Shaoxing's old town, which tells the story of huangjiu through the dynasties. At the same time it is modernising: in 2025 it was named among Zhejiang's pilot 'future factories' for its digital and intelligent brewing project.
