Ingredients
- 750 mlChinese red wine (Marselan or Cabernet)
- 200 mlfresh orange juice
- 100 mllychee juice
- 1orange, sliced
- 200 mlsoda water
Method
- 1In a large jug, mix the wine, orange juice, lychee juice and orange slices.
- 2Chill for at least 1 hour.
- 3Just before serving, add ice and the soda water.
