Ingredients
- 60 mlsemi-dry Shaoxing wine (Jiafan or Huadiao)
- 30 mlItalian bitter aperitif
- 60 mlsoda water
Method
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2Add the Shaoxing wine and the bitter aperitif.
- 3Top with soda water and stir gently.
Tasting note
Bittersweet and nutty, like a spritz with a hint of sherry.
