Chinese whisky lengthened with chilled chrysanthemum tea, a classic of Chinese tea culture.

Ingredients
- 40 mlChinese malt whisky (or another malt whisky)
- 120 mlchrysanthemum tea, brewed and chilled
- 5 mlhoney syrup (optional)
Method
- 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2Add the whisky and the honey syrup, if using.
- 3Top with the chrysanthemum tea and stir gently.
