Yanghe is one of China's biggest and best-known baijiu houses, based in Suqian, Jiangsu. The group runs six major production bases and is the only company in the industry to own two brands recognised as 'China Famous Liquor': Yanghe and Shuanggou.
The soft revolution
In 2003 Yanghe developed a signature 'mellow' flavour profile and launched its Blue Classic series, whose three lines, Dream Blue, Sky Blue and Ocean Blue, now account for most of its sales. The series created the mianrou (绵柔), 'soft', category of baijiu across China's mid-to-premium market, and its blue bottles have become one of the most recognisable sights on Chinese banquet tables.
In Brand Finance's 2025 ranking, Yanghe was the sixth most valuable spirits brand in the world.
