A distillery of whisky lovers
Nine Rivers is a single malt whisky distillery in the mountains of Longyan, in Fujian, in a wooded area surrounded by natural springs. Construction began in 2022. It was founded by whisky enthusiasts and is funded by around 200 whisky lovers from around the world.
Big ambitions
Nine Rivers aims to be one of the largest single malt operations in China. Its founders also want to break the attachment to age statements, with a minimum ageing of three years for their whiskies.
